Hender’s Bake Shop & Cafe is named after the owner Jessica’s dog, Henderson. If you frequent the Bake Shop, you will eventually get to see Henderson laying out back by the kitchen door or sitting quietly in the driveway. Hender’s Bake Shop is also Baker Owned and Run, making it a really special place. Jess grew up working at her parents restaurants and catering company on Cape Cod. After attending The Culinary Institute Of America she went out to Las Vegas and got a Hospitality Degree from UNLV. She moved to Vermont in 2009 to help open her sisters business and fell in love and now calls Vermont Home!

Everything is made in-house from scratch. Hender’s Bake Shop specializes in Daily Pastries, Holiday Treats, Packaged goods, AMAZING Breakfast Sandwiched & delicious Espresso/Coffee.

Open Thursday-Sunday with In-Person & Online Ordering going Live Each Morning. Takeout only & no public restroom.
