ABOUT OUR SHOP AND CAFE
Hender's Bake Shop & Cafe opened in 2016 and named after the owners Golden retriever Henderson. Located on Main Street in downtown Waterbury VT in a cute historical house. Hender's offers both online and in-person ordering with outdoor seating in the warmer months. We specialize in all made-from-scratch pastries and amazing breakfast sandwiches served on our house made challah buns. Hender's also has drip coffee from Burlington roaster Earthback Coffee, and award winning espresso from Beanstock Coffee.
Open Weekends Only from 8-1pm
We have breakfast from 8-11 and New Smash Burgers for lunch from 11-1pm

Baked and packaged in small batches, our three wholesale items are a huge hit with all our wholesale accounts. We currently offer GF Maple Meringues that melt in your mouth and leave you with the sweet taste of Pure VT Maple Syrup. Our Biscotti Di Prato, which are almond biscotti, small in size and wonderful on their own or dunked in your favorite warm beverage. Lastly, is our our famous Ginger Snaps. Packed with spices and coated in sugar they have the perfect crunch. You can't eat just one!
